A Global Review of the Patentability of Polymorphs

This is a follow-up to our post of August 12, 2015, where we wrote about the new guidelines issued by the Israeli Patent and Trademark Office regarding the examination of polymorph and salt patents. As a result of this post, we at the BRIC Wall Blog thought it would be helpful for our readers to review the patentability requirements of polymorphs in a number of different countries. The result of our efforts is shown in the following table:  POLYMORPHSGLOBALSTUDY.
